Who processes your data
agentra is the controller of the data collected through this site. For anything relating to this policy you can write to us at the contact address shown below.
What data we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), the topic you selected and your message. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising profiling, which is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows from it, to manage that relationship. We do not use it to send you communications you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or transfer data to third parties. Form messages are delivered by email through our sending provider, which acts purely as a carrier.
Usage metrics
We measure visits in aggregate and without cookies: no identifier is stored in your browser and your individual path cannot be reconstructed across visits.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for the duration of the conversation and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal or contractual obligations arising from it. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the contact address. We handle such requests within a reasonable time and at no cost.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date in the heading is updated. Substantial changes are announced on this same page.
